Apple has reached a landmark of 1,00,000+ applications as per the stats of the Apple.  These numbers are contradictory as officially the number of applications that are on the charts of Apple store  are 92,310. Its really a great achievement that apple store had achieved over the year.

Apart from the applications count, the number of downloads for applications had crossed 2.5 billion.
